The Owner

 I'm Jody Fredell, owner of  Clear-Cut Grading & Mulching, and I was born and raised here in Vale, NC. My inspiration for creating the company came from a combination of my passion for this kind of work and over a decade of experience on the commercial side of the industry seeing folks being taken advantage of by questionable and often deceptive business tactics that the other companies were using. That's actually why I chose the name "Clear-Cut."  It means far more than just a forestry management practice. It's a commitment to

offering knowledgeable personalized solutions at a fair transparent price, without the fine print shady business. â€‹
